Isabelle Ridgwell

Isabelle is a Business Psychologist specializing in leadership assessment and talent management. Working at senior management and Board level, she has expertise in executive profiling, team dynamics, management due diligence, career development, evaluation and on-boarding of new hires.

Earlier in her career Isabelle worked for Coopers & Lybrand Deloitte as an Executive Selection Consultant. More recently she has completed assignments for several FTSE 100 companies on behalf of leadership and executive search consultancies including Korn/Ferry-Whitehead Mann, Heidrick & Struggles and Hanover Fox International. Her experience spans Europe, India, the Middle East and the USA and she has conducted postgraduate research into ethnic/cultural influences on cognitive ability testing.

Isabelle has a BSc Psychology, MSc Occupational Psychology and has published research in cognitive psychology. Level A and B qualified, she is a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society.

Isabelle has two children and lives in London.
