"Natacha Wilson is a creative, intuitive and inspiring coach and trainer. Her approach to coaching is based on applying NLP techniques and creative thinking to real problems and challenges faced by individuals and organisations. She is a certified trainer for Edward De Bono Thinking Hats on creativity and lateral thinking.
Natacha developed her coaching and creative skills throughout her career as a marketing strategist and planner in international markets. She started her career in an advertising agency in Paris and moved on to the UK where she gained experience in the software and high-tech sector, working for a Cambridge start-up and later on a full service agency whose client based included blue chip organisations. Natacha has spent the last 4 years working with Cambridge University Business School and Cambridge University Centre for Personal and Professional Development.
Natacha is also an experienced lecturer and examiner for the Chartered Institute of Marketing, delivering courses across all levels of the CIM qualifications.
Natacha believes that life is a journey full of discovery and challenges. Her next challenge is to get ready for her first half marathon having recently completed a 10K race for Cancer Research UK. She has been involved in fundraising activity for the internationally renowned Addenbrookes Teaching Hospital. "
